I think it may be -log 9. That's what it is on MacOS. Also, try looking
at that file in various text editors - it may be outputting stuff in a
different character set. Have you asked retrospect what to do? Did they
say anything?

Post by Drew WeaverDoes anyone know how I can successfully increase the verbosity of retroclient logging in windows?
I am working with support and the instructions they gave me don't seem to work.
They told me to stop the retroclient and then run
retroclient /log 9
and then run a backup, all that does is create a 300KB file with a bunch of empty spaces in it.
any clue?
